This Week

So what have we been up to this week? A poor pitiful sick baby : ( I sick baby is no fun. Little bit came down with some sort of virus Monday. He ran a pretty good fever, was fussy, threw up once, didn't sleep well and wanted to be held most of the week. Luckily we have a daddy who is on his pediatrics rotation and made sure to take extra special care of his little guy. I am happy to report Owen is feeling much better now.



Now his teeth seem to be driving him crazy, but we will work through that.



We have family coming up this weekend for baby dedication Sunday...we are excited to have everyone up here with us! Also, looking forward to a pretty weekend. We are over this rainy, dreary cold weather.


We also got a new addition for our camera, a 50mm lens. It lets in much more natural light and are really pleased with the images it has produced. We have much more to learn with are camera, but I think we are really going to enjoy this lens. The pics in the post were all made with the new lens as David was playing around with it. I think he did a pretty good job : )


Also want to give a shout out to Uncle Ben whose birthday is today! Happy birthday Ben : )

    Your new lens takes BEAUTIFUL pictures! Although, I'm sure it has much less to do with the lens and much more to do with the photographer's mad skills :) I'm glad to hear that Owen is on the mend and that yall have a fun weekend planned. Can't wait to see pictures of his baby dedication...what a blessed day that will be!!
