We are lucky to have such a talented Uncle Brian, who was generous enough to film and put together a video of Owen's first birthday. It was a special day that we shared with grandparents, great-grandparents and dear friends. Fun to look back and see how much Owen has changed too in the past five months since he turned one.
If you have any friends looking for a wedding videographer in the Nashville area...Brian is your guy.
We are lucky enough to have him for birthdays too!
Check out the video and his talents here.
Thanks again Uncle Brian, we will treasure this for years to come!
My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. 2 Corinthians 12:9

Blessed Days
Sorry for the absence in blogging. Owen has a bit of a cold that he can't get rid. We have been battling sleep and Owen went on a nursing strike. Luckily both are getting back to normal.
On a random note, I want to share with you something that just makes my heart happy. I went to the grocery store on Mother's Day and this random man came up to me in the parking lot and said "You must not be a mom, here on Mother's Day shopping?" I replied that I was (with my laryngitis voice). He told me "You are doing a great job. I hope you have a blessed day."
This week one of the friendly guys who bags groceries and takes them to your car was making conversation and as he finished and walked away he told me "I hope you have a blessed day!"
That just makes my heart smile when people say that. It is so much warmer and happier than "I hope you have a good day", and to me implies God's blessings. So I encourage you as well as myself to share blessings with others.
Speaking of blessings, how about a few videos of our little blessing. I know the grandparents will want to see.
Easter morning {Yes, Brian...David needs to work on his video skills ;) }
Playing the piano at Gammy's house, maybe he will have Uncle Ben's musical genes.
This video was taken last night. It is a little cooler and we went over to our neighbor's house and roasted marshmallows. Sam and Owen played on the trampoline.
Hope you all have a have a blessed day!
