We got to celebrate the upcoming wedding of two dear friends at a shower this weekend in Huntsville. We got to know Laura and Ryan (Burton) while we were at school in Auburn. David and Burton both pledged Farmhouse at the same time...so they became good friends fast. They also shared an apartment together 2 of their years in Auburn and were both pre-med. Burton is a 4th year medical school student at UAB. We have lots of memories together including football games, fraternity functions, and really good meals!!
We also met Laura at Auburn. She and Ryan began dating while at Auburn. Laura is such an amazing person with a great spirit. She just truly makes your happy just by being with her. She is always thinking of the other person and has truly taught me much about being a good friend....and did I mention she bakes amazing cakes!! She is truly multi-talented!
So happy for these friends. Their big day is August 7th! ...just 4 days before baby Johnson is due : ) I really hope I make it to the wedding, can't wait to celebrate such a special day for these two. We are blessed to call you our friends.
