Well after being inspired by many of our friends, we have decided to give this blog thing a try. We seem to have started a new chapter of this crazy journey called life! David has begun his 3rd year of medical school in Huntsville and started his first rotation. He will be working at the hospital doing his Internal Medicine rotation for the next 8 weeks. Wow, did life suddenly change from studying in the basement only to come up for food. As expected, there is much to learn and get adjusted to after this big transition.
As for me, I am 25 weeks pregnant as of this week. Our little boy is growing everyday. According to babycenter and the bump, baby is about 13 and 1/2 inches long about a pound and half. I am having fun planning the nursery and ordering bedding for our little guy...which is expected to arrive tomorrow, very exciting!
We were fortunate to get to have a little down time last week and take a much needed trip to the beach. David definitely deserved a vacation after finishing step one of his boards.
