goodbye to August

So August is coming to a close. 

And y'all, I can't say we are really sad about that, August was a rough one around here. 

We hit the ground running this month with a rough rotation for David, early mornings, late nights, transitioning back from a month with family, doctor appointments, two fever episodes... we are all a little weary from the load.

Owen's birthday was the definitely the highlight of the month.

So we are excited to turn over the calendar to September…even if there are a few bumps along the way ; )

September brings college football every weekend,

a long-awaited, much-anticipated hunt for David and his dad,

family visiting, 

 and a new year of preschool.

Bring it on September, we are ready for you!
