Halloween

I had thought about how I was going to keep that bee hat on Collin all week, and when it came down to it Collin was perfectly content in his costume.

What I wasn't expecting was my big boy who had anxiously awaited being Spiderman for months to decide at the last minute that he would go as a fireman.

My buddy had some dental work this week (which he did great with), but his lip was numb afterwards and he kept biting it and sucking on it leading to a big bad blister. So he did not want to wear his Spiderman mask or costume.

No big deal. Really, not important. He went to his room and returned in his turnout gear ready to go!
He loves being a fireman.

And this little bee...

he was really cute.

He is such a busy little boy,

so a busy bee was perfect for his first Halloween.

Loved my little bee.

Collin was perfectly content being pulled around in the red wagon and snacking on graham crackers.

We are very fortunate to live in a great neighborhood. Great people and lots of kids live near us. It is  a great place to trick or treat.

We stopped by the Fortenberry's and saw our friend Faith.

Then we met up with the Jungs and trick or treated with their family.

Collin and his friend Gus... or Gus-Gus the mouse from Cinderella.

Owen had a great time going door to door with Adela.

with my friend Margaret and our baby boys

We ended our night at Stephanie and Henry's house.

It has become tradition. We were happy to see the Schaefers and their kiddos.

It really was a fun night and as you can see we are a very family friendly residency program. The babies just keep coming ; )
