Our little man is 6 weeks old this week. He went for a weight check today and weighed 9 pounds 12 ounces...we are so proud of him. September 21st he weighed 8 pounds 8 ounces, so he has really gained alot of weight in the past 2 weeks. The doctor told us that we no longer have to supplement...which makes me so very happy. He is getting plenty of milk and nutrients from me.We had cut back on the supplementing so he was only getting about 2 syringes a day, but he does not need those anymore! This is what we had been working towards.
In other news...Owen met his first girlfriend this weekend (don't know how her daddy feels about that)! We love you Oliver : ) Kira drove to Greenville with her Elizabeth to meet Owen. It is so much fun having a close friend going through a similar season of life that you are going through. We loved being together and playing with our babies. Thanks Kira for coming to meet Owen. We hope to see you and Elizabeth very soon!
